Operating for 33 years, Dalmaq Indústria de Máquinas, based in Concórdia, Santa Catarina, Brazil, will launch FC-300 during the International Fair of Machines, Raw Materials and Accessories for the Furniture Industry (FIMMA Brasil). It is a high-production milling machine capable of machining small parts.

"We have participated in all shows since 1995, and our goal is to make contact with professionals of the furniture industry, so that we can always develop equipment that meets their needs," he points out.

Besides the new product, Dalmaq will also exhibit goods that are already on the market, such as FC-1150, manual operation equipment, but with high productivity, used to manufacture feet and backrests for chairs, tables, pieces for Luiz XV and Windsor styles, either curved, square or partially round.

It will also be possible to see FC-1800, manufactured with two units of milling cutters, one of them can use a vertical movement system, which allows upper and internal machining. The sanding unit can sand rounded and curved edges using sanding rollers, and sand straight edges by means of sanding belts located in the same set. The 1800 milling machine can make table tops, racks and shelves, headboards for beds and cribs, feet, backrests and seats, and low relief cabinet and wardrobe doors.

And, finally, the CB-1800, an edgebander for curved pieces of varied dimensions. The CB 1800 edgebander can be used for wood veneer bands, melamine papers, PVC and ABS bands. It applies edgebands onto curved pieces of various shapes.
