Services provided at the fair:

• 

  REGISTRATION:

  On-site registration is available at the main access of Pavilions A and E. - Parking lot: The exhibition center of Bento Gonçalves has capacity to accommodate 2,500 vehicles. The parking fee is R$ 15 per access.

• 

  SHUTTLE SERVICE:

  FIMMA Brasil provides complimentary shuttle service from the airports of Porto Alegre and Caxias do Sul and the hotels with an agreement to the show premises. For visitors’ convenience, the show provides shuttle service within the exhibition center.

• 

  LOCKERS:

  Visitors are provided lockers, free of charge, during the duration of the fair, in Pavilions A and E.

• 

  FIRST AID:

  A clinic for medical care is available at Pavilions A and E.

• 

  INTERNET:

  Visitors can have internet access at FIMMA Brasil. In addition to computers, there is a space for installing notebooks.

• 

  COMMUNICATION CENTER:

  In this space, exhibitors and visitors have paid services available such as printing, copying, billed calls, calling cards among others.

• 

  SOUND SYSTEM:

  The sound system service throughout the area inside the pavilions starts operating during the installation period of the fair.

• 

  INFORMATION DESKS: :

  AThere are information desks in every pavilion in addition to the ones in the main accesses, aiming to help exhibitors and visitors at FIMMA Brasil.

• 

  WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION

  The exhibition center offers wireless internet connection within the show premises. To enjoy this service, request a password at the Communication Center.

• 

  PARKING LOT:

  The exhibition center of Bento Gonçalves has capacity to accommodate 2,500 vehicles. The parking fee is R$ 15 per access.

  TAXIS:

  During FIMMA Brasil there are taxis available in front of Pavilions A and E.

• 

  FOOD COURT:

  Visitors and exhibitors at FIMMA Brasil have several food options to choose from in the pavilions. Restaurants offer meals and snacks in addition to cafés and bars located in strategic points of the show premises.
