Buyer’s Project

Aiming to put importers of machinery, raw materials and accessories for furniture and Brazilian exporters face to face, FIMMA Brasil Buyer's Project is the perfect opportunity to consolidate partnerships and to build future business. Suppliers and buyers negotiate during simultaneous 20-minute meetings. Importers specially invited by FIMMA Brasil and its exhibitors take part in the project.

Held by FIMMA Brasil with the support from the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency - APEX Brasil, the 2011 edition of the Buyer's Project had the participation of 24 importers. The ten participating countries included South Africa, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, USA, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru. The 440 meetings held generated a business expectation of approximately US$ 6.55 million.
