Innovation Award

In 2011, the Innovation Award - promoted by MOVERGS, CGI Móveis and FIMMA Brasil – held its fourth edition, showcasing cutting edge technology to the woodworking industry. A platform for worldwide launches for the segments of machinery, raw materials, accessories, tools and services, the Innovation Award is an opportunity for exhibitors and students to present new improved manufacturing processes with higher quality and lower costs.

The Innovation Award is important to the sector for its ability to motivate companies to launch new products, thus creating a culture of innovation in the segments of machinery, raw materials and accessories for the furniture industry in Brazil. The goal of the project is to transform the country into a center of excellence in technology, qualification and innovation in the wood and furniture supply chain.
